The new morning had come. Mary was ready to go and pay her respects to the one she called "friend" and "teacher." But, instead of finding the broken body of Jesus, she finds an empty tomb. Or...was it empty? This Easter Sunday we consider the human urge to rush our way into closure, even if it means denying, ignoring, or down-playing the power and love we call God. We celebrate the miracle of New Life tomorrow, how it came on Easter and how it comes every other day, too!
